Academic Calendar: 2026-27 (Classes I – XII)

Note: Continuous Evaluation for Classes I and II in form of worksheets.

Class I & II

For Class I to II, assessments comprise 3 evaluations and one review per evaluation.

Class III to VI

• The academic year is divided into two terms - TERM 1 and TERM 2.
• TERM 1 comprises:
  • 5% weightage of Periodic Test 1
  • 5% Portfolio
  • 5% Subject Enrichment
  • 5% Multiple Assessment
  • 80 marks Half-Yearly Exam
• Final Examination will include 10%, 20%, or 30% of TERM 1 syllabus for Classes VI, VII, and VIII, respectively.
• An 8-point grading scale will be followed for academic assessments and a 3-point scale for co-scholastic assessments.

Class IX to X

• Five internal exams for Class IX: three periodic tests (PT I, II, III) and two term-end exams (Term I, Term II).
• The average of the best two periodic tests will be considered for the final grade.
• Internal assessments include:
  • Notebook submissions
  • Multiple assessments
  • Subject Enrichment Activities (practical, projects, listening & speaking skills)
• Both marks and grades will be reflected in report cards.
• Class IX exams will be held in February.
• Class X will have two CBSE Board Exams per academic session with combined scores from both terms. Each term carries 40% weightage.
• Schools will conduct three periodic tests (PT I, II, III) with a combined weightage of 20%.

Classes X and XII will have Board Examinations as notified by CBSE. To provide extra support, classes for X, XI, and XII may be held during Summer, Autumn, and Winter breaks.
